Relying on memory, I decided to sketch the Library at Wimpole Hall, a National Trust home I visited during
May this year.
I later pulled out the guide I purchased on my visit to compare and was delighted to find my memory had been quite accurate. The pictures were my only downfall, I had remembered there being something on the back wall but it was in fact windows not pictures, still, close enough for me!
I have spent most of today's spare time installing a new 3-in-1 HP DeskJet. The printer on my old one packed up a while ago and with Christmas approaching I need to be able to print references for studio work/commissions. The installation went smoothly but the clean up process was astonishing. My PC lives in a purpose built cupboard in my dining room with no access from the back...It is amazing how much dust can gather behind a hard drive!
Everything is spick and span now, this sketch is proof that my scanner is working and my eldest was finally able to print the college assignment he has been labouring over all week.
