Nibbles and Notes - Day 2

It's been a busy day, my Ikea furniture arrived and I set about it with a dodgy screwdriver which killed most of my day. Not much time to think of food or drink and as a result my water intake plummeted to zero!
TUT!
I had some Ryvita Crispbreads with cottage cheese and grapes when I got back from class tonight to try and put some goodness into my system, the variety I purchased have sunflower seeds and oats in them...Delicious!

Did you know that sunflowers seeds are high in linoleic acid which our body needs for cell membrane maintenance?
They are also a good source of vitamin E which is believed to help prevent prostrate and breast cancer.

I see you had some cherries again today. Thanks to your tip about their health benefits, I'm going out to get some for myself tomorrow. Love your food drawings!

Great food drawings...good luck with this month' project. It will be hard looking at your posts and not run to the kitchen looking for something to nibble on!

A day with a screwdriver and a pile of Ikea boxes, it's easy to forget to breathe let alone drink! Almost as obsessive as art. Did you have any 'bits' left over? I always seem to have something ;)

Enjoying your food sketches. They make me want to snack as well.

I can imagine you with a dodgy screwdriver...I've done the same thing last weekend:) (still recovering).
Hope it all went fine - assembly of course:)

your food sketches look delicious:)

don't worry about the water - you've increased your coffe intake up 3 cups - should be ok:)

It's great! I love the coffee mugs aligned in the back, you can't miss the fact that it was a "need coffee day"!

Great the IKEA turned up - how frustrating having to take a class when you wanted to be in the studio sorting. (Hope it went well though). We're sketching and painting musical instruments this weekend brought in by members.
As for your JULY NIBBLES AND NOTES - great plan - you never do anything in half measures. I spied a bit of advice for high blood pressure did I - was that for littleol'me ?? Love the cherries - could eat them off the page - oops I mean screen.

This looks so much more appetizing than my oatmeal for breakfast!!! Great work!

Anita, 8 cups of coffee????? That might just offset all the good foods you are eating...Oh well, you sure get a lot of work done!

Great sketches—I'm going to go eat now.
