I would intermix leg lifts with the regular sit ups and including side sit ups, where you twist at the waist as you come up. All three of those in combination will work the abdominal muscles faster. Just a thought.
Hey Scott, calm down a bit I'm just starting! LOL! Believe me, I have all of those exercises, and more, already programmed out for me by my Son...He's a personal trainer and he pushes hard!

So does getting the wooden model to exercise work? I have one of those somewhere around here... great sketch... and good luck with the ab work.
