I would intermix leg lifts with the regular sit ups and including side sit ups, where you twist at the waist as you come up. All three of those in combination will work the abdominal muscles faster. Just a thought.

Cool using the mannequin as the one exercising.

Hey Scott, calm down a bit I'm just starting! LOL!
Believe me, I have all of those exercises, and more, already programmed out for me by my Son...He's a personal trainer and he pushes hard!
