A quick sketch this time of the beautiful Capitaniato a Vicenza by Palladio
Sketched from a DVD still using Noodlers Lexington Gray ink and watercolour while standing in my lounge.
I thought it would be good to practice sketching while standing incase seating is difficult on location. Not an easy task, it changes everything, suddenly all comfort is lost and balancing a palette and water would be very difficult...this is where the magical waterbrush becomes useful!

I'm thoroughly enjoying all of your preparations for your big trip. Imagining you standing to do today's sketch in your lounge had me giggling. You are going to be the most well-prepared artist.
