Inspired

Journal spread inspired by my new Ray Balkwill book: 'Painting Landscapes with Atmosphere'.
In these small thumbnails I tried to recreate a specific time of day using a Lamy Safari with a medium size nib, filled with Noodler's 'walnut' ink and a water brush.

Awesome sketches, Anita, really inspiring. I need to do things like this too, small sketches to try things out... Walnut ink is beautiful, by the way.

I'm loving your landscape sketches!!!!!!!!! Some day I'm going to have to find a Lamy pen and give it a try.

You are creative and busy and on the go and inspiring as always Anita! This book sounds interesting ands your thumbnails are great. I have to admit, I am very lazy with thumbnails and they are actualy such good additional "tools".

Have you ever read anything by Hannah Hinchman? I think you'd enjoy her, if you don't know her already.
