Nibbles and Notes - Day 25



Did you know that mussels are an excellent source of selenium which protects the body against toxic metals such as mercury?
It binds with the metal compounds which are then easily excreted from the system.

Should I be very worried about mercury?? I don't think I've had to eat my hat recently ...

You might be talking about how good those mussels are for you but I wonder if that McDonald's burger didn't taste better. That's the problem. The good for us food doesn't taste as good as the bad for us food. I wanted to grab a fry right off your page!

You mention some interesting things. What is tiger bread?
