Not sure I want to hear that...I need an excuse! I'm enjoying the texture of the sketchbook you're using at the moment...defiintely adds something. And I like the little touches of colour; is that where the ink has separated?
Yes, but it takes me so much longer to get anything done!
Wonderful thought - great little drawing. Thanks for posting it!
LOL!
Dave the khadi paper may look interesting but I'm finding it a nightmare, I've had to change my approach ALOT to make this paper work for me. I don't think the size is helping much either, I imagine it would be more pleasurable on a much larger scale.
The hint of colour is a blue wash over black watercolour paint.
LOL! Yeah yeah Casey, I believe you....thousands wouldn't. ;)
Thanks for popping in and leaving your kind comment.
I wonder how many of the great names mentioned were mothers of a toddler, haha.
The pocket watch is beautifully drawn. Maybe you're not enjoying this paper size or surface, but the results you're getting are great.
I like the quote... but not the reminder ;)
I agree with E-J though... how many of them were mothers of small children? ;)
I agree - the drawing is lovely.
Wonderful quote - I must remember it!
What a wise thing to say... I think I actually need a reminder like that every now and then. Beautiful drawing, I like that metallic shine you´ve captured.
Yes, but us poor weak artists only get 12 hours a day - we go to bed at night!!!!! If anyone knows how to use every minute of their time in creation YOU DO. Did any of those listed run a home and family as well as become famous!!!! you will..... GREAT WATCH.
Ah, maybe so...but did they raise five kids alone in the fast-paced world of today? ;) I would definitely agree with Joan though...you certainly do utilise your time well. My time management skills leave a lot to be desired...lol
Great sketch, Anita!
