Day 31 - The Voice Of Anita Davies

“My journals have opened my wings and allowed me to fly.”

I had to be the last voice didn't I?

I've enjoyed illustrating some of my favourite quotations this month.

The khadi book, with it's rough texture, was a challenge I regretted taking on through the first few days but I was determined not to let it beat me and adjusted my approach to suit the paper, this entry finishes the book.

I think it does one good to be thrown off kilter now and then, to be faced with something non-favourable and be forced to adjust...Life does that, it's a natural occurrence and we are capable of so much more than we believe we are.

Patience and faith are strong tools.

Thank you to all those who have enjoyed my voices and to those who left kind comments, your visits act as fuel for my journey!

Cant believe the month is over and the joy of visiting your site to see your next voices and illustration. THE BEST IS LAST.
Why not see if you can get a publisher interested - the work and ideas deserve it ??

Just HAD to have the last word, eh! I have thoroughly enjoyed the journey through May with you and if the paper in your journal's anything like the Khadi stuff I know, kudos to you also for sticking with it for an entire month. I have the weirdest impression that your May has gone faster than mine!

An artist always gets the last word, don't they. I too, loved this series, and made sure I checked everyday. I'm also enjoying your close to home series, hope you make an e-book out of them.
