Great job on the column! I love the name of the salon...conjures up all kinds of hairstyle images.
I have recently subscribed to Every Day Matters, and they're sending me everyone's post. Your blog is one I've spent some time in, scooting here and there with the links along the right side. I enjoyed looking at your newspaper too, especially your column. (The pet painting you gave away in a contest was wonderful!) Your sketches simply inspire me. I'll continue to watch...

The pet portrait was actually a recent commission and used only as an example in the newspaper but I will indeed be commissioned to paint the competition winner, can't wait to see what kind of pet it is.
Another excellent column. As for haircuts, I get one every year or so whether I need one or not. Now I am off to listen to a cd of one of the bands I am hung up on from the 60s man.
Great advert for your hairdressers - hope you can still get yourself a future booking in the rush.! Great name and use of violet in your illustration. What an inspiration you are to us all.
