Dame Judi Dench

Dame Judi Dench appears in this month's National Trust magazine because she is starring in an upcoming series that was filmed on various National Trust locations.
The period series is entitled 'Cranford Chronicles' and will be showing on BBC1 this Autumn. The drama is based on three books by author Elizabeth Gaskell and produced by Sue Birtwistle.

I can hardly wait, I love period dramas, all that luscious clothing and stately homes.
