Churches and Castles

Pulpit

This beautiful pulpit belongs to a church situated in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire.

I took the photograph, I worked from to create this ink drawing, last year at the Wisbech Rose Fair. The church looked wonderful decked out with competition floral arrangements and this magnificent marble and stone work of art caught my eye immediately.

Last year myself and members from the Fenland Visual Arts Collective were permitted to show our artwork along the railings, outside the Museum, near the Castle and we have been invited to exhibit again this year.

Beautiful, as always. How nice of them to provide flowers for your artwork.

Lovely drawings. Is Noodlers ink something special? I've heard of it, though I don't think I've every seen it in a shop. What's good about it?

Thanx Dave.
Noodler's ink is waterproof, lightfast and smudgeproof...amazing stuff, comes in many different colours too.
I use it in a Lamy Safari fountain pen.
I found out all about both items via Nina Johansson's blog.
