I managed two more sketches for my little book of challenges today.
Pitt pens, watercolour, pigment liner
The bike belongs to my youngest Harry, who is now nine, so it hasn't been used for some time. Hard to believe this little thing would have been quite a challenge for him back then!
Pigment liner, watercolour
I sketched the streetlight after driving my Son to a cricket match early this afternoon. It stands just outside Doddington Hall in Doddington village, opposite the church and has such a beautiful shape. I've sketched this particular light before on the way home from the 13th worldwide sketchcrawl at approx. 6.20pm. It was fun comparing the two sketches after I had finished today, the different colour choices and the fact I had chosen exactly the same spot to sketch from interested me especially.
