3 Views - View 3

Part of my sketch motivation plan is to NOT sit idle and moan I have nothing to draw, so when this happened the other afternoon I grabbed my sketchbook and got in my car and drove a few metres parking in my yard. I decided I would simply turn the car around and sketch 3 different views (it was very cold!)
This is the view across the yard to the big derelict barn.
I sketched a few plan lines with a Lamy Safari fountain pen filled with Noodlers Highland Heather ink and then added watercolour. The Lamy I have filled with Highland Heather has an EF nib but for some reason makes a much broader line than all my other EF nibs. I rather like that about it!
25 mins.
