Exhibition At St Matthews - Update

SOLD

The exhibition closed today and I went to collect my works to find that this one had found a new home.
This was painted in a new approach for me, a plein air using mixed media, which made the sale all the more encouraging.

This has such drama it isn't surprising that it sold. Congratulations!!!

I haven't had much time lately to check my favorite blogs and I miss it. I can imagine what I'll be like after a month in France without having a computer around all the time.

congratualtaions on the sale - it is a long time since I sold a painting, but I always felt I was sending one of my 'babies' out into the world, proud that it had done so well, but I would miss it.

Well done Anita. I can certainly see why it was snapped up with all the charm of the Fens. It makes it all well worthwhile to get to and from Sutton Bridge for this annual show. Glad you had a good time altogether at Woburn Safari Park.
