Five Minute Family

Above, a couple of quickies: My Son Harry and my Dad. It's not a bad likeness of Harry, recognisable features in just a few lines, but I can't say the same for my Dad. He did not stop moving the whole 5 mins and the result is really quite scary. (Sorry Dad)
There are parts that are almost there, I see him lingering behind the ink but it just didn't come together at all.
More successful results below of Harry again, my supermodel!

I love your comments as much as the sketches. Have a great day! Greg

Very nice - your family are more cooperative than mine! And I've done some much scarier quick portraits than that. :D

You're probably not too far off on your Dad, I see where your cheek bones come from :-)

Harry is so handsome, I imagine that makes him easy to draw.

True to your word - getting your family to be models for you. Whats the payment you have to fork out?? Will dad sit for your again to get familiar with his features as you are with lovely Harry??
