The design to the left of this spread was inspired by a funky new lighter I purchased recently.
The figures are mostly blind contour, sketched from a TV show, a very challenging few moments with some hideous results but great practice for my cafe sketching where people are constantly moving and confident lines and good hand to eye coordination are the key.

Love all the colors in the last couple of sketches. Wish I live there so I could get a few lessons from you :):)..
