Suffered with a seriously bad migraine throughout yesterday afternoon until this afternoon, hence the Ibuprofen and late food post.
Happy to say it now seems to have shifted and this evening I managed to get back to some sketching.

Ohh Anita, that scarey migraine word. Poor you. Thank Heaven it's behind you now and your yummy food sketches are ahead of us.

Great food sketches, Anita...I love the layouts and little snippets of health benefits. So sorry about your migraines though.
I haven't tried either of these yet though I plan to being a migraine sufferer myself. The people who told me these remedies swear by them. One is to soak brown paper in vinegar, then wring out and place on forehead. I think the second verse of Jack and Jill actually mentioned this remedy too. Another remedy is to place fresh potato peelings on forehead (white side against your skin).

Sorry about the migraine. Maybe you need to cut back on the coffee ;-). I am a huge fan of broccoli, edamame and most things that are green. It's all I really ever eat. Some people think I am a little off when it comes to food.
