Anita, a serious question...have you stopped drinking your usual coffee? It has not been on your nibbles in the same way, so I was wondering. You have mentioned that you weren't feeling well...hope you are OK.
I am surprised though because I have read numerous times that green tea, and even white tea, have a much higher amount of antioxidants than coffee does. Go figure ~
LOL...Not an ounce eh Marta? 5 years old...wow...I'm an ameteur compared with you then!
Frankye, thnak you so much for your concern. I hadn't realised until I read your comment that I have forgotten to add my fluid intake for a couple of days...so caught up with the food I guess. LOL! I am fine, feeling good, I think it was just a migraine spell. I am sorry to have worried you. :)
Serena, it just shows you how much we are manipulated through advertising doesn't it. However, you do have to have the coffee that is naturally grown (no pesticides) for this information to be correct. Great to see you!
Glad you're feeling good, good news on the coffee too, I love it too and Green tea isn't my 'cup o' tea' I drink lots of tea too... just not Green tea... Your sketch books do inspire, my day is not complete until I drop by. Thanks for sharing your wit and talent with the world.
Anita - this is wonderful, as usual! I think I'll come have lunch with you, mine is so boring compared to yours! Good to know about the coffee, does that include decaf too? Marva
I LOVE this series of Nibbles and Notes, especially since you have captured some of my favorite foods, like the jelly beans, the Cadbury, and the coffee.
We do get some Cadbury here in the States, like the Fruit and Nut bar and the Carmello, but not that scrumptious treat of dark chocolate you drew. MMMM!!!! Looks yummy!
