These are nice. I especially like the puzzle pieces, from different sources that look like they should fit together - amazingly well done.

Have not been on the computer for days as on Wednesday I , as they say, 'put my back out' and I could not sit at anything for long nor stretch my arms out in front of me. Everything came to a hault. It was agony. Thank goodness its improved today (with the help of massivie pain killers) as I have to drive to Grimston to deliver work and then go on to Laura's for Elisha's 8th birthday. Ive looked at all your blog postings I missed and love the fireplace - recognized it immediately. Also enjoyed the tale of the lovely farmer and the tractor. I thought for a moment with the yoga lady, you had posted Harry's drawing of me - but then of course its here on the wall in my den. Tried to get you couple of times to discuss how the second workshop went. Wont be back until Tues evening now. Have a lovely weekend/week.

The little landscape piece is very sweet!

I have some questions for you, Anita, about the watercolour sketchbooks you've tried. I'm hoping to find one that is casebound and smooth enough to take fine pen comfortably but is also a good paper for Inktense, coloured pencil and straight watercolour washes - so that I can experiment with using just one book for my journalling. ("Take two sketchbooks into the shower? Not me. I just sketch and go!!")Would hot-pressed paper be suitable ..? Any advice on this would be appreciated.
