Work In Progress

This is the dog portrait approx 4 hours into the painting stage. I managed to get a little more time in the studio today and am approaching the finish but have yet to upload the shots from my camera.

Your fur looks very dog-like, Anita. Coming along wonderfully. Something about the photo of your painting in your studio makes me want to come and sit with a cup of coffee and watch you work :)

This is going to be lovely. I've never painted fur with acrylics but you're doing a fantastic job! That looks like a nice view from your studio window.

Was ready to type a cheeky comment about Anita doing it doggy style but then my fingers went wobbly when I saw how good your progress is ... Fur in acrylic sounds even scarier than the glass in acrylic I remember you demo'ing on WetCanvas! It's going to be a superb piece of work.

I agree with Robyn - I'd like a field trip to your studio. This is coming along so beautifully. Can't wait to see more.

Coming along nicely. The fur is amazing! Looks like you reach right in there and touch it.
