Festive Footwear

'Elva' - 'GladRagz'

Played around with a few more Christmas designs this evening in my Seawhite sketchbook.

I started the year working on a series of works entitled 'GladRagz', so thought I would design some sketches around that theme. Each GladRagz piece has a female name for the title and, to be honest, I would have been stuck on a name for the top one if I hadn't of met a wonderful woman in Bygones Cafe back in July.

Each is sketched from imagination simply because I was too idle to move from the sofa!
I'm quite pleased with them and may work them up further for Christmas cards.

Love what comes out of your imagination. Very creative but oof, they look uncomfortable with those HIGH high heels :)

I'm feeling pain in the arches of my feet just looking at the top one. lol These are very creative and beautifully rendered. I think I like the one with the holly best.

Thankyou Lin. Your words made me smile because until this year I found it difficult to create anything from imagination.
